How to Clean Stains from Colored Concrete Floors?
Many of VSG Concrete customers ask us how to clean stains off concrete floors. Well, the good news is that grease will not seep too far into concrete, meaning you can clean up grease stains with some good old fashioned soap, water, and scrubbing. This will often work for most other marks, such as tracked-in mud and scuff marks from moving furniture. When you are unsure of what kind of colored concrete floors you have, then to be on the safe side use a neutral floor cleaning soap and some distilled water.
Mix following the directions on the package, and scrub using a soft-bristled brush until the stain has lifted. Again, if you are not sure of your floor’s finish, then any non-citrus, non-bleach dish soap is should the trick. Dish soap will remove grease faster, however, cannot be used safely on some floors.
